XEOSP++ didn't active

Ark of truth directed me here about this issue, apparently, after i followed all the step in XEOSP++ installation process, when i active the esp in wryebash, the npc remain the same as if the mod never existed, the only diffirence is in the fact that some of them pop up and stated that the mod may not working correctly because it have been overidden.

Please post your whole load order.

 

Also, did you install XeoSP v1.0, then delete the folders you were supposed to, then install the bsa file (3 part download), then install the esp\esm files and finally the patches?

it is a remnant of Hongfire AIO package, however due to the problem in conflicted animation, i removed most of them to only keep a few mod i can properly understan its structure

yes, i do copy all data in XEOSP1.0 into the datafolder and deleted corresponding forfolder before i setup XEOSP++.

Wait, you are using stuff here with the Hongfire AIO? If that is the case, then we really can't help you, as the stuff from them and the stuff from us is quite different. We don't know what all is in that huge AIO and we don't really want to take the time to figure it out. Your better off asking for help over at Hongfire.

 

Besides, correct me if I am wrong but isn't EURN an NPC replacer mod? If so then it would conflict with XeoSP++ causing problems.

Thanks, i will check the EURN part,

well, that huge AIO have a few flaw that required overwhelming good ability to make it work, generally, i found out that there are too many conflicted animation and the only way is to install in correct order so the animation overwrite previous one, that hurt my brain alot.
