Schlongify a custom race

Hi

Is there a quick way to Schlongify a custom race.  I can add a Schlong to individual NPC's that don't already have one but was wondering if there's a quick way to do a whole race.

setting schlongs to 100 percent will do it for normal races, custom races (if not modded as futa) will do well enough for the player... for followers/npc I am not sure
