So I've been trying to find some costumes for my you tube channel and i found a bunch of suitable Blad and Soul armors and costumes but it looks like i can't download any of them like i use to. Pan.baidu.com will not allow you to download anything unless you have an account. So they require a Chinese phone number in order to create an account.
