Switching to PC to a Follower to go save your yourself when captured.

As the tittle says, is there any way/mod that makes it so you can switch to one of your followers/some other character to say go save your MC when she gets captured/etc? Say you get captured in River wood(example)  and your follower you switch to is in Falkreath and has to make the journey to there.

there  a mod allow to change of character example you can use you follower or any npc around like you own pc and you pc become of follower XD no remember the name

Alternate Actors on Nexus lets you change control from your PC to an NPC via a spell, you can also flag specific NPC's to be controlled remotely.
