Making Futa sims with out wicked whims default penis

Before the new wicked whims update you had a choice of what penis to use and you could choose for a Futa female from the wicked settings . I would like to use the Noir penis with the vagina but now that there is only a body selector drop down  there is no choice but to choose the default penis with testicles. I do not want my female Futa sims to have a full penis.  Do we have no choice but to use the default wicked female penis? Any help with his this issue would be greatly appreciated

You should still be able to use noir's penis with no balls. Did you download the updated version of noir's penis files? Remember to delete old incompatible versions too, it may cause issues.

Download Noir's Futanari penis, that's the best option for what you're looking for. Don't do Pornstar.

I do have Noir futanari  penis mod but when you decide that your female sim has a penis in CAS it automatically gives them a full default wicked whims  male penis and there is no choice when you are in a game to change it to the Noir Penis with vagina  from the wicked menu like you could in  older version of wicked whims so I am still wondering how to have the Noir penis with a vagina instead of the default male penis

Like I said earlier, are you sure you got the updated version and deleted the old one? Because the old one doesn't work anymore, you need to get the updated one.

 Are you talking about the Noir mod or the wicked whims mod because  I have the latest  wicked update that was released on the 18th after the issue that the game patch caused.
