Greetings,    Seems that others are having this problem and have posted at the Porn Cock V3 Lovers Lab webpage and thought it would be good to post here as well.  Presently using version J with a clean neighborhood.  When returning to a saved game if there is a sim (because of Naturism) nude in the household the Porn Cock settings disappear in the body selector.  My workaround has been to exit the game, reload my saved game and go to a household that hasn't been played, usual
