SexLab alignment resets after swap?

I'm really bad explaining so i recorded a video instead (NSFW Video)

 

Well all i can say is whenever i try to align the actors and swap the roles from bottom to top and top to bottom and so on, i never get an actually "alignment" it feels like the sexlab is treating my character as a giant or something... its really hard to explain please watch the video, its just 1:50min long.
My guess for that? i think once my character has a bit oversized legs, i had to mess with the proportions and end up changing his height (0.83) to match the "Human Size". I say that because if i try with a regular sized character the animations are all well aligned and i don't get the issue reproduced in the video. What can i do to fix this? i don't want to get rid of my "Oversized" character because of this.
