Pimp Mod?

Is there a mod that is available where your sim can be a "pimp" and run a brothel? Basically the player sim makes money from NPC sims having sex. I've wanted this for a while and it would complete my game.  I've searched and I don't think a mod like this exists. I really like sacrificial's Hoe It Up Mod and I want it do be something like that but of course with the use of Whicked Whims. I've coded in the past so I'm thinking of just making it myself but I've never made a mod for the Sims 4, just a custom shirt for the Sims 3. I wouldn't even know where to start with the Sims 4.

Closest I know is if you use Nisa's Wicked Perversions, create your NPC hookers, and give your lot the trait, can't recall what it's called exactly, but it gives the owner of a lot a cut of the profits for any prostitute working on the lot. Although I'm not sure NPC prostitutes will autonomously seek clients. You'll need to actually own the lot so you'll likely need something like littlemisssam's ownable nightclubs or something, and also create a club that gathers at the lot with the prostitutes as members to make sure they hang around.

It's a mod, not a build lot. There are plenty of ready-made brothels in the Gallery.
