Currently you have Pregnancy in the wrong place in relation to the other sexout ESMs. Is this the cause of the issue - not sure. But the first thing to do is use BOSS to help with automated ordering of the mods you have. BOSS (download from Nexus) is useful for ordering most mods. You still may have to adjust by hand (sometimes Pregnancy will still end up in the wrong spot). Once you have the order corrected, give it another try and see if the problem still occurs. If it does, try to note exactly when "after sex". For example, the normal chain of events is initiate sex, disrobe, begin animations, ragdoll effect when done, KO, redress. Make note of when the ctd happens (when waking from KO but before redress, after redress, etc).

I always use Boss masterlist running it every time i install a mod, i changed the location of "SexoutPregnancyV3.esm" but it didn't help.

Well, as I said, wasn't sure if that was related, but could have caused other issues. What about the other info about where in the process that the ctd happens. Right before redress, etc? Also, to be clear (since load order doesn't have this info), are you running the current NVSE from silverlock ( nvse.silverlock.org )? Version3beta2 (or later)? Also you do have the NVSE Extender (v11) from here ( http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=5965 )? Does this happen with every NPC you try to have sex with? I noticed you had Rivens MLP race. I don't know of anyone that has used that race in conjunction with sexout, so you might want to try removing that mod (or start a new game without that mod) and see if the problem continues. I don't see any other mod that stands out as a possible issue. If it's not what I mentioned above, it may just be a plain old mod conflict. You'd have to then test by uninstalling various mods to see if which one is the conflict. Oh, try moving the sexout esps to the bottom of the load order and check that as well.
