Crashing to Desktop with SKSE64

So I downloaded the latest version of skse64 (2.0.11) for Skyrim Special Edition and when I tried launching skse64 loader, I got a few seconds of a black screen followed by an immediate CTD. Everything was working fine before the update and I was just wondering how I could fix this. I've already tried running loot and that didn't help. Any other suggestions? Here's my load order:

You should update any other mods that use SKSE64 also, if they are available. I know Race Menu got updated.

You don't need RDO - USSEP Patch.esp. RDO - CRF + USSEP Patch covers it.
