Help finding similar body texture for UUNP

Does someone know if a similar texture exists for UUNP ?

I'm looking for a texture similar to this with pink accents.

(This is NINI COS bodymod just in case anyone is wondering but sadly the textures are not usable for UUNP)

 

If there is a way to convert this texture to UUNP a link to a guide would be helpful, if not i will try and do my best to modify my own texture and make it look similar to this when i have time.

Maybe "Pure skin " have this variation but I suggest to invest your time in this by yourself.

Thx, do you know any good software which i should use to make this? 

I've edited a armor texture a long time ago with photoshop since is the only photo editing software i have, but if theres a better alternative i might look into it.

Editing with photoshop took me a good few hours just to change something minor and make it look right so if theres a better solution i would like to know.

In 2d by my exp only photoshop has the tools to make it quick, just make a dummy (my example) nif file with all the body parts in it to see that you are making it right.
