It's blatant from the screenshot and functionality of the mods. The 7z I had for the v3 resources was missing "LoversAnimObjectsPriority.bsa". With that file properly in place the mesh error goes away.

Also, I am the one who uploaded version 3 of the resource pack and none of the versions that I uploaded were missing the bsa file. Anyways, you are fixed and running so all is well.
