Sims won't enter Nightclubs or Restuarants

So I've got an issue that started randomly, whenever I make a night club or restuarant, Sims can't enter the lot. They just stand at the end of the corner of the lot. Some of my games don't have this issue but it's kind of on and off. Old clubs and restuarants work fine but if I make new ones they dont work. Can anyone help me?

Do you have any special mods like more buyable venues?  I ask because there may be a conflict.  All your mods up to date?

 

Go into manage worlds and click on the property and go into the property information and ensure there are no missing things and that the lot is set for the venue properly.

 

Those would be my guesses as most probable causes.  Especially if they are Community created lots as opposed to Maxis Created.
