Missing groups in bodyslide

When I run bodyslide to create all the bodies, I have the base group (no header) "7B low, 7B high, etc", "breasts", "nipples", "torso", "belly", and "arms". Obviously the sliders changes the values for these groups. I know that there exist other groups in bodyslide, like "hips", for example, but they're not on the list. How do I get them to display? Any help would be awesome.
