Solution: On the very end of my load order I moved the following mods like so: HDT framework HDT Physics UNP body Physics Armor mods XP32MSSE I've tried many different things. I originally was using Vortex. Which became troublesome when dealing with load order. Hopped to Mod Organizer, and all the mods are now functioning (that I can tell) Besides HDT. (had issues with creatureframework, but solved with MO and a correct load order.) So what i have done is re-install all the components, HDT(through MO and manually), XP32SSE(choose the physics extensions), UNP (choose the physics option) re-installed SKSE, have ran FNIS XXL many times before/after/in between. (log below). I've changed up the load order to anything i could think would be logical. I've had HDT working at one point with Vortex. I just don't know how since it's load order was all kinds of a mess. here's the load order. Problem is I see people saying XP32MSSE needs to load first/last I've tried both. and the HDT i've tried manual instal/through MO. I assume that this is correct: and I've followed this. Any ideas? As it tells there, you can't use HDT PE with Skyrim SE. You have to use HDT SMP SSE instead, so you need the HDT Framework and HDT SMP

You have to use HDT SMP SSE instead, so you need the HDT Framework and HDT SMP Yes, Those appear to be the files I have installed. those files are Labled as "hdtSSEFramework 1 5 53" and "hdtSSEPhysics 1 5 53" on line 9 and 10 on the load order. Or I missing/misunderstanding something? The links you provided lead me to that page with the same filenames. I'll go ahead and download fresh ones, and re-install. doesn't hurt. edit: Interesting; so i moved "hdtSSEFramework 1 5 53" and "hdtSSEPhysics 1 5 53" to the bottom of my load order (line 141,142), and i'm getting some physics, with attachments. no body physics. tried a fresh install of UNP. no luck Another edit: It appears I got it working, it was my load order.
