[REQUEST] Wield Broken Weapons

I've got little to no content creating experience, but it seem to me like it might be a small but pretty easy project to implement. Making some of the junk clutter items in the game into functional, usable weapons-particularly the broken swords (Broken Iron Sword Handle (000e72ae), Broken Steel Sword Handle (000e7298), Broken Steel Greatsword Handle (000e729c), etc.). There is a similar but incomplete mod on the Nexus by Aardus called Broken Steel Weapon that's more-or-less along the same lines as I'm thinking. I'm sure plenty of folks apart from myself would be appreciative of a resource like this if for roleplaying reasons if nothing else, and I'm sure plenty of you creators could take this idea and do a lot more with it. Am I a Dark Souls fan? Maybe.
