Those are all zip files. unzip everything. the various package files go into your mod folder. the other files go in your tray folder. after that if you open your gallery the characters should be there.

I believe there were file hosting issues if I remember correctly. You can try here https://nsfwmods.com/forums/topic/4056-more-more-adult-stars/#comment-17564 ....however I don't think the links there are all working either, if memory serves me correctly as it was quite some time ago. Good Luck!
