Well this is an Angel Armor, angels is supernatural beings, maybe they don't need eyes to see : ) Actually helmet on OP's screenshot looks slightly different from the one in Angel Armor. It's probably retexture of it too. has GTX ever done anything on its own, Angel Armor it of course not from him. and that, with the not see, was only a fun. in a game anything is possible, there it goes also without a head.

So I think Chinese Angel Armor is not the original mod. Not only a helmet, whole armor is a mashup. On the OP's screenshot helmet is blend perfectly with Ebony Bikini, so this is might be retexture with AmidianBorn textures from nexus and mesh from Angel armor. Just my guess. Yep, also the wings on the back are from another mod. Spoiler Everything about the angel armor has a different origin.

I knew this armor from Oblivion, I just did not remember the name, therefore I have not found this armor. I'm so stupid, I use the Elysium Armor myself. ? Spoiler
