Is there a way to change Facial Expression during Sex?

I m currently digging into expressions and I could not find a mod or sexlab function that allows me to change the facial expression (or choose a certain expression) during a Sexlab Sex Scene via Hotkey.

 

Any ideas if there is a way inside Sexlab or a Sexlab mod that can do this? I tried posing mods, but the expressions always fade after a second or so. Mods like Sexlab tools did not appear to have a function for expressions, neither did any other mod I looked into. My google fu failed me, so I am open for suggestions

 

(A little hint on what I want to do: I want to be able to change the playing expression to fit the sexlab scene more, especially blowjobs. I have modified an expression set to have a wide open mouth and fitting expression but I have no idea how I can make Sexlab switch to that expression set DURING the sexlab scene).
