How do I get nude clothing to work in game?

Hi, I’ve tried to download the morphable nipples by CmarNYC on sexysims but it didn’t show up in game. I then deleted it and tried the real nipples/bigger boobs by morgade but that didn’t work either. 

 

Are there any that do work for nude clothing masks in cas?

Morphable nipple by CmarNYC work fine for me.

 

In CAS , under lips section ,this is a slider ,  you can change size and shape ot the nipple 

 

And if you want bigger boobs , the best slider for this  by jonha
