Need advice: Maximate bloodsplattering envoirement

Can someone just support me a little?

 

Some time ago, I was trying to increase the possibility of blood splattering around the envoirement.

You know, when a bullet hits an enemy, I´d like to leave more and bigger blood splats on the floor.

But before I finished, I´ve went over to another game.

 

Now I can´t remember where and I how I made my progress;

and even worse; It seems I´ve LOWERED the chance and the amount of bloodsplats hitting the floor...

 

Please someone help me outa here...
