All nude NPCs/Auto undressing

Is there/can you create a mod that makes ALL npcs nude no matter if they are vanilla or from a mod? A mod that forces undressing?

 

 i have my char and the companiosn run around nude but some amazing mods (fusion city...) require many mods to install so that the NPCS, while still dressed, don't have xxL boobs . So i'd like to have the mall nude and with my CBBE bodytype (slim)

Have you tried adjusting the clothing in Bodyslide?

How? if those mods don't include BS files i can't change them so if questmod "123" uses clothes from  "mod xyz" but no BS files i can't change them.
