Hello! So, i found out that my Sims 4 version is 1.46.18.1020, and that the latest version of WickedWhims only supports 1.47. Is there any way I can download an earlier version of WickedWhims? Thanks!

You can't.

Update the game on origins, and then get the latest version of WW that fully supports the latest version.
