This is a male with the torso of a female. Without creating a blended male/female mesh - this is the best I can do - there is clipping at the base of the head and at the ankles.  Good perhaps for cross dressing, Trans fun, but not so much as your main character.  Hey, it's free. I'd be interested in what you think though...
