Best performance friendly/stable mod?

I'm running a game on my old pc and thinking between a few: Eager Npcs, Flower Girls, Scent of Sex, Approach/Attraction...or something else?

Basically, something that works with Relationship dialogue overhaul well, and allows npcs to approach the player, based on arousal. 

Any recommendations?

the best way is

less script load mods

- less mods that add (npc /things in city)

-enbboost

- tweaked ini ( serach program in nexus)

- texture optimizer
