(Trying to find mod) Forced masturbation at 100 arousal

I think I used to have a mod where NPCs and the player would be forced to masturbate when they reach 100 arousal.

 

At the moment I have several NPCs running around at 100 arousal and I want them to deal with themselves.

 

Does anyone know what this mod is?

I think cursed loot has that function, as does sexlab release.
