No answer given for "Special edition compatible"

Apologize if this has been asked but I cannot find an answer. Just wondering what it means if there's no answer given under the "special edition compatible". Does this mean it is compatible or the dev is unsure?

 

Example:

 

the Skooma Whore Addicted expansion says it is not compatible, but this one does not say.

It's really old, SSE didn't exist when it came out and the thread hasn't been updated. As it is, it doesn't work for special edition. If you convert it yourself, maybe.
