a glue/sap to stick people in armor/catsuit

just like the title implies, i imagine a misc item that has the function to add on the Dragonborn or Npc with a topic starting like "Here, let me give you a massage..." for the Npc or when applying it to yourself, make it so you have to check yes twice to make any armor stuck to a person and after a day, if you encounter a person who you trapped in something, they'll start saying how badly they want out.

 

There should be either a potion or a timer that makes the glue  weaker and there should ideally be variants such as: Itching power(makes dragonborn or npc itch at a set interval) and super glue(permanent) 

 

Not sure if i've seen a itching anim set, or if it might conflict with some quests that make one remove their clothing but it's something i would like to see
