Major FPS Loss in Some SMALL Places

So I have Lexy's LOTD setup running, and then on top of that I added some LL mods and HDT SMP.

 

Generally, there are no problems. 58 fps in out door areas, 30 in Solitude, etc. Heck, walk straight into the LOTD museum, and it stays at a cool 35 fps.

 

Problem starts when I walk into some small places. Like Katla's farm, or Books of Skyrim store. Immediately after loading, it runs at 58 fps. Then wait 30 seconds or so, and it starts dropping. Down to 40 ish, then 20 ish, then 5. And it'll stay there for a good 10 minutes or so. Then back to 58 fps.

 

Is there a reason for this odd behavior? It can't be SMP, because out in Solitude where there are like 10 girls it's fine. Can't be ENB either, disabling it only increases fps by like 2 when this weird drop happens. It has to be something else.

 

Any suggestions?

It's probably SMP, especially if you have collisions. There's some quirks with certain interior cells and 64bit SMP that causes fps to tank to a slideshow. The Bee & Barb is my nemesis.
