Hello

 

This is my first time making a game and I hope to learn alot during this journey.

The Essence of Gender is a (text?) rpg game where the core game mechanic revolves around taking and losing essence of masculinity and femininity.
At the moment most content is built around winning/player being dominating.

 

 

The game is going to be transformation heavy, both gender and race.

Secondary themes in game: Impregnation and vore(not enabled by default)

Planned themes: House management, furry, height difference 

There is support for a imagepack but no images included.

 

I plan to add a lot more features and because I code the engine myself I will be able to add any feature I can code in JavaScript/HTML5.
The game is made in HTML5 so a up to date modern browser in needed for it to run correctly.

Text and dialog will get better as I gain experience(I am more of coder guy).

[Concept] Trying it out/very simple test function, good time to say if you think it's worth expanding on.

[Alpha] Basic foundation to expand further on, good time to comment your opinion on.

[Beta]Close to finished for now.

I have updated the download with a bug fixed version.

 

Fixed:

• Snake trail

Added:

• Added Black-market to Outlaw map(second area) where you can sell essence and sexual organs (whole or size of it).
• Extra Info on the enemy’s sprites.
• Settings to set maximum of sexual organs [Essence -> set max…] this control both you and opponent on auto essence on manual its only opponents setting e.g. dick to 0 removes males, not intended but I like it, so I will keep it.
• More backgrounds.
• Red hair colour.
• Player age tracking.
• Added a couple of test item, orc cum from bandit lord and fairy dust from fairies.
• Added a text area to display current area and map, looking at it I think I should switch names between them. And yes, I’m going to rename the maps to better names is future.
• Added mother & father/impregnator to babies to use in future updates. (not visible yet)                

 

Changed:

• Fixed bugs with auto essence not removing sexual organs.
• Nerfed male impregnation to 60 from 30, meaning you need over 60 virility to have a change to impregnate males, think I will change this to perk/blessing later. Maybe like blessed by some goddess of virility.
• Fixed typos.
• Fixed give blowjob/cunnilingus problem.
• Moved passive health gain to day counter. Tell me if it need rebalance, had to move it because sometimes on Firefox the fps/loop rate got extremely high and even with no perk player instantly healed after battle.   

                                                                                                                                             

Planned short-term:

• More details to player e.g. face, body etc.
• Control what essence dorm servants gain with brothel & boost gain with brothel.
• The basics for Half race system e.g. centaur = human + equine (patreon wish). Will expand later.
• More backgrounds/try to improve old ones.
• Stronger opponents where high strength is better than charm, if you have ideas tell me.
• Look for writing commission for sex dialog/text, that I can afford if you have suggestion pm me their page.
• Look for better temp sprites for player and enemies.
• Try to impregnate dorm servant only show when you have dick and they aren’t pregnant.

 

Long term:

• Make stats & race deeper like orc gives +4str but also plus 5% str. So that I can make races have early game benefits and late game. But to do that I need to remake the stats so that it looks somethings like str = player str + race bonus + item/blessing etc.

• Better Mobile support (I still don't recommend playing on mobile).
• Tier up quest for higher reward e.g. if you continue to beat elf’s you get paid more up to tier 5.
• Hover over enemy info while in sex scene gives extra details(height & weight), more to come.
• New genders dickgirl(boobs and dick) and cuntboy(flat chest and pussy)
• Get and give blowjob by Randulf
• Trying out a growth scale on auto & manual growth to take in consideration player & others height at the moment it’s set a Height_In_cm/160 meaning at start it’s 1 * 1, but say player shrinks to 80 then growth is now 0.5cm.
• Clicking on textbox in eventlog will now make the text bigger, click again to make it smaller.
• A nursery to home/mansion, for now it only speeds up ageing of children till they are 18 years old.
• Visible age for children in [looks → Details → children]

• Made it so enemies don’t share X position, maybe a bit simple but I personally prefer it to a more advanced x and y because it spreads enemies out more.
• Moved options to more buttons for screen with height under 800px.
• (Vore)Fullness is now measured by current weight instead of start weight, also if your max capacity shrink below fullness you will regulate the prey.
• Fixed blackmarket sell below 0, also made it so you can sell your last femi or masc essence.
• Removed milk penalty and preg milk rate and non preg milk rate are now independent from each other.
• Added a line break between event logs. 
• Sleeping at home now passes 8h though date-tracker rather than just adding a day to date, this makes it so that pregnany’s and gold gain, jumps 8h when sleeping. 
• Sexual organs are now the race of your second gender on auto tf, so centaur is equine dick etc.
• Changed math of cum and milk max capacity to real math for sphere volume, will rebalance cumming and amount needed to impregnate tomorrow.
• Lowered cost of boob size on auto tf, didn't make sense for it to harder to grow breast than balls.
