Troubleshooting Infamy points from RSE

I think in its current form infamy seem broken and you gain them even though it makes no sense. like alone with a spouse i still seem to gain infamy even though there is no one else around i still gain infamy is there away to fully stop this,  apart from turning infamy off completely ?? There has to be way to prevent RSE for giving a player character infamy points for sex acts i see all npc having sex all across the wasteland but i am the only one penelized for doing this it does not make any sense i understand the part from stealing or murder etc.. but alone nate and nora should not gain any infamy for a married couple having infamy at all ?? yet that is what is happening.
