Mod that adds body scars?

Is there a mod I can use that would let me add some minor scars to parts of my character’s body?

I do not know such a mod.

 

But you can add the scars to the texture. And then you use Blockhead.

Create copy of the textures you use, add the scars and put the texture in the Blockhead overwrite folder. Rename the texture so that only the player will use it. ( This way you can use a vanilla race and only you will have the scars , not all NPCs with the same race )

Or you create a equipable item
