Strange glitch with doors.

I never seen this behaviour before but evrytime i place a door go away from the settlement then return to the same settlement the door just disappeared into thin air i placed a new one go away return and the door is gone again. but the real problem is everytime i do this it counts in your settlement building then i used tcl and was gonna watch underground and to my surprise all the fucking doors where all under ground instead of the snap position it was supose to snap too.

 

This is actually  aglitch i never seen before and dont find much mention from it. So i also have no idea how to even start fixing this.
