Black Jackal Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 I am trying to distinguish the differences between More Nasty Critters and Horny Creatures of Skyrim. Both have Walls of text so I may have missed it. Are they complimentary mods or Doo they both do the same thing and conflict?
Vanus Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 MNC is creature to humanoid while HCOS. Is Creature to Creatures. MNC is required for HCOS thus they must work well together. Hope that clarifies things. 2
Blaze69 Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 MNC adds a lot of creature animations to SL (some of them from different authors), enables SL functionality for several mod-added creatures that have compatible skeletons/animations, fixes some other creature-related bugs, and adds Creature Features nude skins for pretty much all vanilla creatures. It is now managed by MadMansGun, and he converted it to use the SLAL system a while ago, but it was originally created a long time ago by other authors. HCoS adds MadMansGun's original SL creature animations (some Creature on Creature, some NPC on Creature, and a handful of others), implements more detailed nude skins for werewolves and dragons (and with more options), adds female werewolves and dragons using custom female meshes and assets to the world and the leveled lists, and makes some other changes and minor additions (like custom creature-and-Sl-themed load screens). They are complimentary. MNC is the baseline if you are remotely interested in creature action, and HCOS expands the available creature animations with MMG's own creations and fleshes out dragons and werewolves. 2
Black Jackal Posted October 14, 2018 Author Posted October 14, 2018 Thank you both. That clarifies things alot.
