riot_punch Posted October 9, 2018 Posted October 9, 2018 Since Dynamic Performance Tuner and Load Accelerator isn't working since FO4 version 1.10.111 (the .dll file needs to be updated) and Shadowboost has been abandoned for years. I'm curious of how other players are dealing with performance issues. What are your current settings regarding graphics and what did you do in order to gain more FPS? Are you using ENB or Reshade? Do you use the built-in anti-aliasing (FXAA or TAA) or do you prefer to use Reshade's AA? Share your knowledge of dealing with FPS loss here.

Yup, as the need for mods grows, I've had to scale back to Medium settings from Ultra. Course, when I get some high powered cards, I may be able to go back to Ultra again...... ?
riot_punch Posted October 9, 2018 Author Posted October 9, 2018 I'm using a custom ENB setting based on Film Workshop and also using Reshade's SMAA in order to get my preferred look. This setup costs me around 10-15 FPS, but it used to only cost me -10 max by using Dynaperf's shadows. Any idea how I could regain those important 5 frames?

I don't use an ENB, so I can't speak to that, but I noticed there are ALOT of them on the Nexus....... ?

Gotta compromise.
