Sims can already get sick and show symptoms. A funny symptom would be perpetual stink until use of medicine. Use those same symptoms and meds after random WW stranger sex interactions. Change the icon to "Acquired disease" and perhaps a funny story like, "Perhaps I shouldn't fuck strangers my junk itches." Diseases would come with mood alterations such as dazed, and exhaustion. Sims can pass out and showers don't fix their funky smell. If this was Patreon pledge only I would be willing to pay for it! I know others would too. Thanks in advance for making the Sims a game I love to play again! You all are so talented.

Simite Posted October 20, 2018 Posted October 20, 2018 You know I always assumed my sims where getting sick from all the humpty pumpty, but it turns out turbo didn't make that part of the mod so I'm not quite sure why they would spread it to each other like some sort of STI. For a long time I was really convinced that the regular sicknesses where being used like this and that's why my sims all needed to carry a bunch of medicine, cause they got sick if they slept with someone sick and they seemed to get sick all the time.
