 Its looking like wolf armor or mashup from t.aw.o.b.a and bikini ascend . But Carolinas answer is 100% right  . 

few from remnants of my brain cells need check it right now. So I go check it in game.

 

Edit: Ok, from t.a.w.o.b.a. is just harnes.

Edit2: pff nothing in Bikini ascend too.  But shes cloak/skirt/cape or what is it, is looking really good . Maybe any ancient nord/iron armor parts.
