character floats after animation with heels on

while wearing devious devices high heels and with the "clear high heels height during sex" checkmark ticked in sexlab mcm my character ends up floating once the scene ends. I can reset the height back to normal by unequiping and re-equiping the boots after the scene ends but considering they are from DD and lock it's a bit of a hassle (otherwise i'd have no problem). I believe other heels should be fine, but i'll see if i can check that tomorrow. Is there a way to prevent this from happening though? It typically works fine, however these heels are not managed by the hdt high heels mcm (i cant select the height 1,2,3 options or unequip a height through it). They have their own integrated height system which could be a part of the problem but idk. In addition to this i have to do the same unequip and equip ritual when loading a save as well, but ive had that happen before. Anyone have any experience with this?

I think the main problem is a misunderstanding: the high heel system DD uses has nothing to do with HDT, and it's not it's own system either. What DD uses is NiO high heel system, lie most other mods these days because it is (or counts, don't ask me about details^^) superior.

The downside is... afaik these two don't work very nice together, it's recommended to use only one of them. I.e. for any heels you have aside from DD, try to find NiO versions or make the switch yourself and get rid of HDT high heels system.

I've never personally tried, but i've read it isn't hard to do the change on your own if you can't find your favorite shoes with NiO, search or ask how to do it.
