Looking for - Apocalypse - SPERG Compatibility patch

Hi all,

 

I can't seem to find this anywhere. It is a very small, less than 5 KB patch, probably that's how it can hide on the internets...

 

Please share it if you have it. Also, please share your experience with it, I wonder if it can't be found becuase it stopped working years ago...
