More Butt Physics (hdtSMP 1.5.50)

Anguished

Recommended Posts

Afternoon Friends,

I've been tinkering around for a while trying to make butt physics more responsive, exaggerated even. It's TLDR tier; for brevity, I've referred to the following threads (here and there over several months) as needed for editing guidance: NifSkope related XML related

To yield the results I'm looking for, I imagine the equilibrium and angular bounce values require adjusting; in addition to stiffness and dampening changes. I will attach some of the XML files I've been working with, they are currently reset to default I believe. When testing the XMLs, I fully deactivated CBP physics to eliminate possible interference, I imagine it became obsolete when HDT was released. I quickly put together two WEBMs demonstrating current physics and the desired exaggerated physics.

Spoiler

Suboptimal animation choice for demonstration, yet effectively conveys the lack of physics.

Spoiler

Example contains content from a pornographic scene. Demonstrates the, colloquially speaking, clap effect.

I've tried yielding the desired result using the information provided from several guides and threads yet have not been successful. If you are able to identify the proper variables, please share them here for the community. And of course, if such XMLs already exist (I have explored several), I would appreciate guidance to their whereabouts. Thanks.

Cheers Friends ?

If you know what to do with it, then you will understand yourself.

I compared the contents of my CBBE.xml to the one you provided and noted their differences. In-game however, I did not notice a significant difference. I will perform additional trial runs at another time, tweaking variables further. Regarding the CBBE.xml, were these the default variables, or did you alter them yourself? I'm curious if I missed a source somewhere.

Please tell me. I AM a newbie. Do you simply replace the cbbe.xml in the cbbe smp config folder? Or the hdt smp physics folder? Then build the body in bodyslide.

Just replace cbbe.xml in Data\SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs

Is belly colission alrdy possible?

I believe so, I've seen it mentioned before. I'm sure you'll be able to find what you need, but if you would like to get creative, I recommend referring to the attached guide. It is provided by Shizof on NexusMods, but is intended for CBPC. Like I said, creative, start editing one thing then via the internet of things develop results. I have spent ridiculous amounts of time with the snowball effect.

even though the second video wasnt actually game footage... i definitely approve, and thus will download. thank you my fellow asstronomers

where do i put these files tho?

does it have collisions and boob bounce?

It depends, the CBPC files go into your Data/SKSE/Plugins folder, and the HDT ones typically are placed in the Data/SKSE/Plugins/hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs folder.

As for collisions and boob/butt bounce, here is a CBPCollisionConfig I edited myself. It is based upon the parameters of my current femalebody model files (an explanation is given in the author's editing guide that I reference), so while my models may demonstrate modestly decent collision response, it may be way off for your game. For the halibut, I'll also include my current HDT CBBE.xml file. Cheers.
