new idea for a mod

here I just thought it would be a quest for dlc dawnguard, indeed when you choose the vampire side, harkon gives you vampiric blood but you're only a half vampire, no pure blood.
this mod could be for woman or man, as a man you would have to make a massacre and as a woman and unfortunately it would be necessary to give oneself a molag ball.
it could be interesting it would be necessary to add dalogue to the vampire who recognizes you as such, can be additional quests.
Personally I can not do it I do not know how to create it but I would like to have opinions on this idea or even people who would like to realize it
