There is a cult in several of the cities that wanders around and suddenly disrobe and begin masturbating. There is an old woman that roams around and "punishes" those she catches naked\masturbating\having sex by fucking them or even giving them a virus (if you have lovers H virus installed too). It is pretty funny to enter the Imperial City and see 8 or so folks whacking off like there is no tomorrow! There are others in the lovers section as well. Let your fingers to the walking over to the DL section for lovers.
