work with heavy boobs? I think all that's needed is to just allow the textures to work normally without bunching up the tits., since heavy boobs changes the base body.

I'm sorry I don't understand. If you asking if this works with heavy boobs, yes it does. I use heavy boobs, and havent had any issues with heavy boobs in regards to the mesh this one is using, WW, Nisa K, Basemental, etc. So if it isn't working with you, it might be something else.
