Photonix Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 Ok so I seem to be having some odd problem some animations / mods with sounds don't seem to be activating, example with deviously enchanted chests / Estrus+ when an animation is triggered by a trap or spit attack ect, everything else works fine, animations play voices from sexlab ect but not the actual sound effect of the machine from dwemer or the Estrus, I have some other sound mods that work fine like high heels, spells, music additional voices. The odd thing is, I activated the Estrus for Skyrim esp (you don't need it per instructions just the resources) to test the shout from that mod, the sound effect and animation work fine too, and the extra effects on the persons body. I've spoken to the mod creater MR Bane and he said there has never been such a problem, I've tried the obvious things of reinstalling, clean game / clean save, but nothing fixes the issue! Anyone got some advice for me please? As a noobs opinion it feels like the mod EC+ that adds the animations isn't catching the resources properly from Estrus for Skyrim specifically the sounds and body textures!
Guest Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 Sound resources have the lowest priority in loading. So if the game is stressed they may not load. @komotor just found a way to add them inside animations, if this will work, they will be played at same priority as animations (that is almost the top one.)

Do you have a mod that overrides the chaurus? It looks like the mod is activating some sounds through dialogue.. and it checks to make sure that the creature has to be using CrChaurus voicetype... if the chaurus voices were changed, that could potentially cause some of the sounds to fail. Also make sure your sounds are properly downloaded.. you should have a folder under /data/sound/fx/jbezorg with the 18 wbxx wave files, as well as the zzestrustentacleFX and the zzvibrator sound.

I have it installed and and the same mods as the past 1-2 times I've done a clean install, just randomly stopped working, the sounds for the tentacles and the back pack for those animations just isn't showing, to the best of my knowledge nothing is overriding them when I checked. Also thanks for the reply and sorry for my late response, I've been away!
