Last Exception Assistance Please

I've been having some last exception errors since I restarted playing The Sims 4 again (took a break for just a few months). My first problem is this last exception error that pops up every time I load into the game. The second error is whenever my male sims are engage in solo play or are with another sim, their penis glitches to the middle of the bed or where ever they were teleported to and does not move with the animations. I have some screenshots and the .txt file attached

Outdated Furniture Error

Outdated Custom Content furniture requires fixing.

Outdated Custom Content furniture will cause errors on load or when placing objects.

You can either remove the installed furniture mod(s) or fix the installed furniture mod(s) by using Sims4Studio Batch Fixes.

Batch Fixes are located at the top of the application:
Content Management -> Batch Fixes -> Objects
The most common ones to help are:
- 'Fix Objects for Cats & Dogs Patch'
- 'Fix Dining Tables & Chairs for Dine Out & Parenthood Game Packs'

You need to remove any penis rigs to fix the penis problem.

I removed the Denton47 rig (that was the only rig I had) and I'm still having this issue. Any other advice on how to fix the penis problem? I've even deleted every .package file pertaining to nudity, penises, dildos, and the naked body.
