WSCO - SOS compatibility?

I'm wondering if these two are compatible. I've been googling for a while to no avail. Also, if they aren't, what does it take to create a patch? Would someone be willing to make one?

1. Compatibility: In short answer, NO. WSCO/ WICO is based on Better Males or Vanilla Males. and there's very few skin textures which have both either of them and SoS variants. One possible exception is Vitruvia - Skin Texture Overhaul for Males, but it is unfortunately not the texture WSCO/ WICO  employs if I remember correctly.
2. Patch: You need at least to prepare the genital texture for added SoS genital which fit well with the body part texture so that the genital does not look different from the main body. It probably means the whole swapping of the body meshes/ textures (possible exception: face) at least for males.
