Maybe you ask MJ if he likes to create something similar to your wish? MJ created transparent high heels this days for Sims 4 (but not with platforms / plateaus).

Check out Deviant Art for creator SMsims for NSFW items.  There is a free download link for this:  Acrylic Platforms

 

However it also appears on simsdom as "Myobi exotic shoes"  by ts4eve at flabaliki.deviantart.com  which traces back to the same deviant art account as SMsims.  On simsdom the  free download link is towards the bottom of the page (it's green) and it also works. 

 

I'm not sure if these are one and the same person or not.
