GetIsRace command line error?

 So I am trying to load a follower into my game, so I do the commands 'help Yvonne 4' to get her ID... and then 'player.placeatme ID 1' but whenever I do, I get this 'GetIsRace >> 0.00' and I don't necessarily know what is causing this, or how to fix it. And the follower does -not- appear at all, which is the main issue.

 

 Has anyone seen this before and know how to possibly fix this?

Sometimes, when you run some console commands, you get some log spam with lines like "X is NOT Blocking" and "GetInCell >> 0.00" and such. No idea what it happens, but it does, and it can go from a single line or two to something like 10.

 

Don't think it has anything to do with your bug, and even if it did, it doesn't tell us anything about why the follower doesn't spawn.
