Enemies No Long Hostile

Not sure what happened, but suddenly no one sees me as a hostile anymore. I've been playing for so long that I don't know where this started. I know you probably need more information but I was wondering if anybody had any ideas off the top of the head.

Yes I have. Im pretty sure that's what caused the problem somewhere.
