Finally getting Skyrim and want a little advice.

Generally, when I get a game that can be as heavily modded as Skyrim I attempt to make the world as... worldy as it would be without cutting corner... such as not having sex or slavery in a world that would clearly have both.

 

Thus I find myself here, but I'm unsure what mods would work together or what mods are even still working with Skyrim. So I'm wondering if anyone else would be willing to give me a list of mods I'd need and what order to install them all (I think that is important in skyrim).
